MCP Role

Strategic Leadership & Planning
Lead and manage AIESEC in the country, providing clear strategic direction aligned with the AIESEC Way, organizational vision, and MTD.
Own and organize the MC planning process, ensuring alignment between entity strategy, MC plans, and LC development priorities.
Build, implement, and maintain tracking, review, and decision-making systems.
Track, review, and coach MCVPs on their strategic plans and execution.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic financial decision-making.
Uphold accountability for the overall performance and health of the entity.

MC Team Leadership & Organizational Management
Oversee the management of the MC Team and the national plenary.
Build and implement effective management tools, principles, and rhythms.
Run MC Weekly Meetings, MC Team Days, and alignment spaces during conferences and events.
Ensure each MCVP has a clear job description, ownership, and an aligned operational plan.
Lead and manage HR processes at MC level.
Foster the development of each MC member while ensuring collective accountability.

Organizational Development & Alignment
Track organizational goals, KPIs, and national indicators.
Ensure strong alignment between MC strategies and LC development and support strategies.
Ensure conferences and national spaces are used effectively to deliver strategic objectives.
Support the development of national positioning strategies toward key stakeholders.
Maintain consistency between organizational strategies and the core essence and values of AIESEC.
Unite the entity around a shared direction while driving relevance within the country's context.

Internal & External Representation
Represent AIESEC nationally and internationally in events, meetings, and plenaries.
Represent the entity internally within global and national plenaries.
Act as the primary representative toward:
- Global and regional bodies
- Strategic partners
- Media
- Governmental entities
- Like-minded organizations
Manage relationships with Boards, IR partners, and the alumni body.
Track and manage the MC's main communication and representation channels.
Support product development and strategies for external relations.
Ensure strong positioning of the entity within the Global Plenary.

Governance, Accountability & Sustainability
Act as the guardian of the organization's purpose, legality, sustainability, and continuity.
Manage the Supervisory Group (SG), including reporting and implementation of SG outputs.
Ensure the constitution, compendium, and governance frameworks are followed.
Facilitate and participate in CSN meetings.
Deliver all requirements related to membership criteria and compliance.
Uphold accountability across the MC Team and national plenary for goals and standards.
Hold final responsibility and accountability for the overall state of the organization.
